Had quite a day today myself. However, if I need to put a smile on my face again, I either:
a) have a look through my Alexei photo's (especially shirtless ones!!)
b) open a file a friend sent me ages ago.

for b) you will need Powerpoint. I could try to jpeg it if you don't have powerpoint.
