Thanks, Andrea, for the link.

I have seen this one before via a link from another board (maybe AYDG? I don't recall exactly). He looks great in that tux, doesn't he?

Oops. Gee, Andrea, I didn't mean to horn in on your achievement of finding the illusive video that no one else has found. (imagine my embarrassed face, since we don't seem to have a suitable smiley to cover the situation, lol)

Mary I am just kidding! I wasn't searching high and low for it,I was actually looking for a different one when I found that one.So I thought it was a cool find.An achievment is if I get the house clean, laundry done,no one is screaming, supper is fixed and I still have my sanity by the end of the night.lolSealed OR if I actually get to eat a meal in peace without having to share with 2 little boys.

Thanks for bringing that video to us again, Andrea :) .  I needed a lift today lol.   I believe they are using the song, "How Deep Is Your Love" from the Bee Gees.  It's a lovely video.

Lina :)

P.S.  Forgot to put the URL for the song lyric by the Bee Gees:

http://www.lyricsfreak.com/b/bee+gees/how+deep+is+your+love_20015884.html

I found them singing it on YouTube also, but I forgot to make a note of the URL Sealed

Thanks, Sharon--love those screen captures!!!! Surprised Kiss

Andrea, you do a great job of multi-tasking! Frown

As for me, my ceiling fell down, but my spirits are up.  I have gotten my precious books to a safe place, and sucked up most of the plaster dust lol.  Lots more furniture moving to accomplish, and I mean LOTS, but I think I am seeing light at the end of the tunnel.   (I hope I am not jinxing myself by saying that lol).  I feel lately as if I had gone through the birth canal, the tunnel has been so long lol.  The soccer helped get my blood pumping, too....

Oooh, Lina! Having a plaster ceiling collapse is not fun. Period. I can relate because I live in an ancient farm house with equally old plaster on the ceilings and many of the walls. What a mess that makes when the stuff lets go from the supporting wooden slats. That dust just coats everything imaginable and getting it all removed from everything is almost never ending. You have my sympathies. ((((((((hug))))))))

Is the situation due to old plaster or water damage?

Thanks for the sympathy, Mary.  I really appreciate it!   Kiss

The repairman says it's just that the (horsehair) plaster is so old, but there is visible water stain in the exposed wood.  I am guessing that old leakage contributed to the problem, because of where it occurred.  I have a lot of heavy moving to do before the repairman returns to put up sheetrock.  So far, he has pulled down a lot more of the ceiling than what had originally fallen, and has put screws in to hold the perimeter securely.  Today the safety inspector is coming to make sure there is no more danger.

Fortunately, my sense of humor has finally kicked in about it all.....I think getting my books to a safer place yesterday helped my outlook a lot.

You are sooooooo right about dust and grit (and pieces of ceiling) *everywhere*!!

I really needed that hug.......

Lina (still a little Foot in mouth but much more Money mouth )

P.S.  I forgot to mention---my being in the kitchen cooking when it happened may have saved my life--there was a big chunk of plaster where I usually sit when I'm in the living room.  I think it would have brained me lol.  A narrow escape! Sealed

(This new icon is proving so useful to me!!!  "one picture is worth 1,000 words"--yep.

In the immortal words of what's-his-name, "What, me worry?"....

The tennis was sensational today.  Life is like tennis---things keep coming at you, and you have to smack them back, as best you can, one at a time....without going over the line....Surprised

Lina (in love with our new icons--except there's no wink)

P.S.  I think what's-his-name's name was Alfred E. Neuman--yep--it checked out.Surprised
