I will always love Alexei's stance before the beginning of "Overcome"

Oh, the strength of this pose always enthralls me: his strong, muscular legs, the light bouncing off his gleaming hair, those masculine hands, his movement to the pounding, haunting music , that slowily builds....stop me someone...those tight pants and skimpy top..why did no-one stop me, I have to lie down now!!!LOL!!!

Thanks for posting this.  I was gutted that you now need to register to gain access to the  Gladiator of the Ice forum.  I tried to register but it wouldn't seem to accept my details.  I did like it, even though I had to read it through an auto-translation service.  They always have great pictures etc.

Sharon, you're so funny.    I don't know about everyone else, but I couldn't stop you... I was right there with you.  (those pants do fit him nicely, don't they)

Thank you, Karenna.  Lovely pics.  Overcome will always be my favorite program.

Thanks for posting this pic, Karenna.

I have to agree with both Sharon and Virago on the Overcome photo. It is just killer!

Sharon, I would never stop you in your Alexei reverie; I was right there with you drooling and hyperventilating, LOL. 'Nough said.

It's just one of those "smile in the heart and on the lips" moments when you see that opening pose of Alexei's.....and sharon, when you're waxing poetic about Alexei - just go girl!!!!

Thank you for posting that photo, Karenna.  I love that opening pose for "Overcome", too.  It's so eloquent.

Somehow, it takes me back to the first time I ever saw Alexei; it was his opening pose for another program, and his courage and determination to overcome grabbed me back then. It was so memorable that years later I went  looking through my videotapes for  it.  It really was all about overcoming, and he did.
