Pictures from St petersburg show. Alexei's are just over half/two-thirds of the way down the page. Get the smelling salts and fans ready, he has a new shirt.  I think you'll all like it!:

However, looking on the Ice Symphony forum I found this slightly worrying statement. I previous poster had said how they had come to see Alexei. This poster agreed the skaters gave it their all but then said (according to my auto-translator):

Although Lesh pity, he danced two dance, Winters was leaving after lowering his head, muttering "All I can no longer, when he called for Bis.

I think the tour has a bit of a break for a week so hopefully he is just tired, especially as his body will still be recouperating even if he has resumed normal duties.

About the second URL:  the word "bis" means "encore".  So I think the post means that Alexei was too tired to do an encore.  I caught a new head cold recently; I hope he is not coming down with something like that, but if he is, I am glad that he did not push himself past his physical limits to do the encore.  Because the show was in  St. Petersburg,  I think he would very much have wanted to do it for them, so that tells me that he is feeling very tired, indeed.  I am so very glad that he resisted the temptation to do an encore.  I could kiss him for that!  Kiss

Here's hoping he got the rest he needs yesterday; the tour has a show in Saransk today.

Thanks for clearing that up Lina.  Auto-translations can leave  many doubts over words so its good to get feedback like this.

No other review of the show mentioned it (there are a couple of posts on RSOI site) so I got the impression it was a small worry, if one at all.  It must have been a disappointment not to be able to go that extra bit for his home town fans.  But as you say, best to keep a little in reserve as the tour is far from over.

I imagine he will breathe a sigh of relief to get to the finish post of this tour.  Even as much as he enjoys skating, giving pleasure to the fans and being with his friends this one has been a very bumpy ride for him.

Big hugs and kisses to him.

I had to edit out the rest of what I wrote, because I'm so tired I confused this with another thread where I had trouble opening up a video, but I finally got it to open! lol
